What a wonderful morning we had this past Tuesday as we welcomed back close to 60 women to our winter session. Some of you joined us through livestream, but we were able to greet many of you in person! What a joy to see familiar faces from our last session as well as new ones, especially the young moms who were able to join us now child care is open.
I’m looking forward to diving deep into the first eleven chapters of Genesis with you. What better way to start a new year than at the beginning of God’s story for us? As Jen reminded us , “we can have no knowledge of self until we have a knowledge of God.”
For the next nine weeks, we will be exploring that concept here on the blog. Even if you are not taking the Genesis class with us, I hope you will join us as our Equip Her writers share an aspect of God’s character revealed to them through each week’s passage. Our hope is that we come away from this study with a more intimate and detailed understanding of our God.
